The shuttle will be for return trips in the evening as Ubers are difficult to call from the venue that late

Our ceremony and reception will be at <a href="https://covingtongardens.com" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Covington Gardens</a> which is about 20 minutes south of Greensboro NC. Listed below are our recommendations for hotels to stay at for the wedding weekend. There are also a list of Airbnb's in Greensboro and the surrounding areas. We’ll be celebrating outdoors in late September in Greensboro, NC. Suggested attire: garden-party cocktail. For women: lightweight dresses or dressy separates, floral or solid in soft greens, blush, jewel tones, or pastels; low-to-mid heels or dressy flats recommended for grass. For men: lightweight suit or sport coat with dress trousers, ties optional; earthy or muted tones welcome. Please avoid all-white and strictly casual items like t-shirts, shorts, or athletic wear. If you’d like to bring a light layer for cooler evenings, that’s a great idea.

Greensboro has something for every guest visiting for our wedding—from relaxed outdoor strolls to cozy cafes and lively evening spots. Spend a morning at the Bog Garden for easy boardwalk walks. For a local food fix, head downtown to try Southern comfort and craft cocktails at nearby restaurants and gastropubs. If you’re in town longer, the Tanger Family Bicentennial Garden and nearby breweries make great afternoon outings.
